The process to Edit the Item Specification details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Search for the Specifications App > Select the Specification Name > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Specification details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Specification
| Field Name | Field Description |
| Series | By default the system takes series as Specifications |
| Specification Name | The system automatically shows the existing Specification name; if user wants to change it, enter the Specification name of the Item |
| Description | User can comment or short notes about the Item Specification |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save
