The creation process for Support Settings
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for Support Settings App > Listview > Create (+)
Note: The fields which are in red star mark are mandatory
Create Support Settings
| Field name | Description | Mandatory |
| Setting Name | Enter a name for the support setting | Yes |
| Apps | Select app names from the list to be included in the Support settings | Yes |
| Tag Group | Select tag group name from the list to assign | Yes |
| Tag Category | Select Tag category name from the list | Yes |
| Tag | Select Tag name from the list to assign | Yes |
Apply all the details and click on “Save”
