Stage Workflow
Stage name | Description |
Active | The support setting is currently in use and valid |
Inactive | Support setting is temporarily not in use or awaiting further approval |
Deleted | Support setting has been permanently removed or discontinued. |

Field name | Description |
Setting | Support setting name is displayed. The configurable options and parameters that define how support operations are structured, managed, and delivered within an organization |
Tag Category | Tag category name of the support setting. It is a way to categorize and organize different data or objects within the system. Tags can be applied to various categories such as products, customers, vendors, transactions, projects, or any other data entities that need to be classified or grouped for analysis or reporting purposes. |
Tag | Name of the Tag is displayed. Tag enables grouping of different entities within a system which can be defined by each organization based on the analytic reports required. (Ex: Zone wise grouping of customers) |
Tag Group | Displays the tag group name. It is the name or label assigned to the tag group, which represents its purpose or the type of tags it contains |
Apps | Displays apps name that are included in the support setting. |
Organization Type | Displays organization type as walk-in, partnership or corporation etc. |
Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
