The update process of Support Settings is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for Support Settings App > Listview > Select the Setting > Edit (Pencil icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Support Setting details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Support Setting
| Field name | Description |
| Setting Name | The system automatically loads the existing support setting name; if user wants to change it, enter a new name for the support setting |
| Apps | The system automatically loads the apps name for which the support setting applies; if user wants to change it, select app names from the list |
| Tag Group | The system automatically loads the existing tag group name for which the support setting applies; if user wants to change it, select tag group name from the list |
| Tag Category | The system automatically loads the existing tag category name for which the support setting applies; if user wants to change it, select tag category name from the list |
| Tag | The system automatically loads the existing tags name for which the support setting applies; if user wants to change it, select the tags from the list |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save.
