The process to Edit the Task Group is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Search for the Task Group App > Select the Task Group > Edit (Pencil icon)
If user wants to update the existing Task Group details, click on the ‘Edit’ (Pencil Icon) option and fill in the required details.
Edit Task Group
Field name | Description |
Task group | By default the system shows the name of the task group; if user wants to change it, enter the name of the Task Group |
Assigned to | By default the system shows to whom the task is assigned; if user wants to change it, select the employee/customer name from the drop-down list to assign |
Series | The system automatically takes series as Task Group |
Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Task Group |
Apply the required changes and click on Save.
