    Stage Workflow

    Stage name Description
    Active The stage where the UOM is currently in use and valid
    Inactive The stage where UOM is temporarily not in use or awaiting further approval
    Deleted The UOM has been permanently removed or discontinued.

    UOM Conversion

    UOM Conversion, short for Unit of Measurement Conversion, refers to the process of converting quantities or values from one unit of measurement to another

    Scheme Name Displays the name of the scheme to which the alternate UOMs of the item belongs
    Default Size The standard or primary size or quantity associated with a particular item
    Alternate Size Displays an alternative measurement or packaging variation that can be used in addition to or instead of the default size

    Unit Name Displays the name or label assigned to a specific unit of measurement used to quantify quantities of items or products in a standardized manner
    Is Standard Indicates whether a unit of measurement is recognized as the established or widely accepted standard within a particular system or industry.
    Conversion Displays the conversion value of the Unit. (Whether the UOM converting quantities or values from one unit of measurement to another based on predefined conversion factors or formulas)
    Status Displays the current stage or state of a unit
    Standard Unit Displays the designated unit of measurement that serves as the reference or baseline for comparing and converting other units within a system.

    Multiple UOMs

    Multiple UOMs refers to the capability of an inventory management system to support and handle multiple units of measurement for the same item or product.

    Scheme Name Displays the name of the scheme to which the multiple UOMs of the item belongs

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
