The process to Edit the Price Lists is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Search For Price List App > Listview > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Price List details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Price Lists
| Field name | Description |
| Price List Name | The system automatically shows the Price list name provided while the creation process; enter the new Price List name |
| LoB Name | The system automatically shows the Line of Business segment of the Price List; if user wants to change it, select a new LoB from the list |
| Series | The system automatically loads series as Price Lists |
| Effective Date | The system automatically shows the effective date of the Price list; if user wants to change it, select the effective date for the price list from the calendar |
| Description | User can enter short notes or comment about the price list |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save
Updates in Overview Portlet
The process to Edit the Price List Items is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Search For Price List App > Listview > Select the Price List > Overview Portlet > Price List Items Widget > Edit (Three Dots)
If user wants to update the already existing Price List Items details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option (Three Dots) beside the right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Price List Items
| Field name | Description |
| Search | User can click on search option for a particular item to view their details. Click on the price of the item and enter a new price |
| Item name | By default the system displays the Item name for which the price is listed |
| MRP | By default the system displays the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the item; if user wants to change it, click on the item price and enter a new MRP for the items |
| List Price | User can click on the item price and enter a new list price for the items |
| Purchase Price | By default the system displays the Purchase price of the item; if user wants to change it, click on the item price and enter a new purchase price for the items |
Apply the required changes and click on Save.
