    Warranty refers to a guarantee provided by the manufacturer or seller of a product, assuring the buyer that the product will perform as intended and will be free from defects within a specified period. It offers protection and remedies to the buyer in case the product fails to meet the specified conditions during the warranty period.

    Stage Workflow

    Field Name Description
    Draft It is a preliminary stage where the warranty document is being prepared but has not been finalized or made active.
    Active The warranty is considered valid, and the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty document are applicable
    Approval The process of reviewing and granting authorization for the warranty
    Completed The warranty coverage has expired or fulfilled its duration as outlined in the warranty terms

    Warranty Details

    This widget provides a comprehensive description and identification details of the Warranty of an item.

    Field name Description
    SKU SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier assigned to a particular item or product for inventory management purposes. It is used to track and manage the item within the company’s inventory system and can be used for reference in warranty-related documentation
    Item Name Item name represents the specific name or description given to the item or product covered under the warranty. It helps identify and distinguish the item from others and provides a reference for warranty claims or inquiries
    Serial No. The system generated serial number of the item is displayed. Serial Number is a unique alphanumeric code or identification number assigned to an individual item or product.

    Activity

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.

    Comments User can write short notes or comments about the Warranty
    Audit
    Created Date The date when the Warranty is created
    Created By The name of the person who created the Warranty
    Last Updated Date The last stage changed of the Warranty
    Last Updated By The name of the person who last updated the stage
    Status Displays the current status of the Warranty
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.

    A report is a document that presents information in an organized format for a specific audience and purpose. Although summaries of reports may be delivered orally, complete reports are almost always in the form of written documents.
