Zones Overview

Article sections

    There are mainly six geographical zones: the North zone, South zone, East zone, West zone, Central zone, and North East zone.
    Bizgaze’s ‘Zones App’ enables users to add different geographical zones based on the regions and as per business requirements.

    Field name Description
    All All existing zones list is displayed by default
    Active Existing active zones are displayed by selecting this stage
    Inactive Existing in-active zones are displayed by selecting this stage
    Portlets & Widgets

    In the layout view, a Portlet accurately represents each functionality, and its corresponding data is precisely viewed as a Widget. The following section includes the default portlets and widgets of the Zones App.

    Field name Description
    Code Short name code of the zone is displayed
    Parent Zone name Displays the parent zone name. A Zone is a geographic area used to separate states or regions for administrative or organizational purposes. There are mainly six zones: the North zone, South zone, East zone, West zone, Central zone, and North East zone
    Zone Displays the name of the Zone
    Description Comments or short notes about the zone is displayed

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.

    Comments User can write short notes or comments about the Zone
    Audit
    Created date Date when the Zone is created
    Created by Name of the person who created the Zone
    Last updated date Last stage changed of the Zone
    Last updated by Name of the person who last updated the stage
    Status Displays the current status of the Zone
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.

    A report is a document that presents information in an organized format for a specific audience and purpose. Although summaries of reports may be delivered orally, complete reports are almost always in the form of written documents.
