The update process of the Zone is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Masters> Address > Zones App > Listview > Select the Zone > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the existing Zone details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Zone
| Field name | Description |
| Zone Name | The system automatically shows the name of the Zone; if user wants to change it, enter a new name of the Zone |
| Code | The system automatically shows the short name of the Zone; if user wants to change it, enter a new short name for the Zone |
| Parent Zone | The system automatically shows the name of the Parent Zone to which the Zone belongs; if user wants to change it, select a new Parent Zone name from the drop-down list |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Zone |
Apply the required changes and click on Save
